• Grilled Salmon – Atlantic salmon, grilled & topped with soy ginger glaze. Served with
crispy brussels sprouts & rice pilaf
• Roasted Herb Chicken – Bone-in chicken breast, roasted & topped with a cream herb
sauce. Served with seasoned green beans and tri-color potatoes.
Both entrees include salad, rolls, Chef selected dessert & beverages
