On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, AFSA Virginia Chapter President, Timothy Loscomb, attended the 35th Annual Valor Awards on behalf of American Fire Sprinkler Association Virginia Chapter and the BURN SURVIVORS FOUNDATION, honoring first responders recognized for extraordinary courage across Central Virginia.
The Valor Awards celebrate law enforcement, firefighter, and EMS personnel who demonstrate exceptional courage, bravery, and sound judgment in the face of personal risk. The ceremony at the Greater Richmond Convention Center brought together public safety leaders, agencies, and supporters to recognize those who protect and serve our communities every day.
